In order to prevent the output signals and display itself from constantly flickering, a hysteresis zone can be defined, within which any movement is not reflected in the display nor in the state of the outputs.

For EDM Machines
NV series for 1 to 3 axes

  • With control of up to six depth levels in the EDM process, activating a digital relay signal depending on the position reached.
  • You can display the EDM axis continuously or just show the lowest position reached.
  • Each EDM level can be independently associated with any of the axes displayed (except with the NV10E).
  • The value of each level can be changed, even while within the EDM process, accessing the value directly from the keyboard.
  • They offer electrode radius compensation, for X Y positioning, and electrode length compensation which can be changed during the EDM process.
  • If the machine does not control all the EDM levels, the unused ones can be deactivated, so their positions cannot be changed and their corresponding outputs cannot be activated.
  • During the EDM process, the signals can be left in a non-activated state for electrode calibration or replacement.
  • There are four digital inputs, used as Emergency Input and for resetting the axes.

NV series for 1 to 3 axes

  • They have four digital inputs, used as Emergency input and for resetting the axes.
  • It is possible to control the grinding levels on the vertical axis and travel limits on the other axes.
  • The grinding axis can be displayed continuously or only display the lowest position reached.
  • The wheel dressing operation can automatically be compensated,., as two feedback axes can be combined into a single axis display (except with the NV 10E).
  • The value of each level can be changed, even while within the grinding process, accessing the value directly from the keyboard.
  • If the machine does not use all the operating levels, these can be deactivated.
  • While grinding, the signals can be left in a non-active state, so that electrode can be calibrated or replaced.
  • It is possible to operate in radius or diameter, independently for each axis.
